High Graded Raw Materials: Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Alloys

CNC & VMC Machining

CNC & VMC Machining

Once forged and heat-treated, components are precision-machined to final dimensions. We utilize CNC Turning Centers and CNC Vertical Machining Centers with 4th Axis capability for multi-face operations and complex part geometries.

Our machining capabilities allow us to achieve tight tolerances, superior surface finishes, and high repeatability. In-house fixture development and process optimization help reduce cycle times while maintaining consistent quality.

Inspection & Quality Control

Inspection & Quality Control

Quality is built into every stage of our production. We follow a Three-Stage Quality Inspection System:

  • Setup Approval ensures initial settings and part geometry match the required parameters.
  • In-Process Inspection monitors critical dimensions and tolerances during machining.
  • Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) is the final checkpoint before delivery.
We utilize advanced instruments such as CMM, Vision Measuring Systems, Surface Roughness Testers, and Mitutoyo Contour Machines. Reports such as PPAP (Level-3), Raw Material Inspection, and Surface Finish Reports are generated and archived for traceability.
Product Development

Product Development

We develop new products with a focus on engineering accuracy and customer needs. Our team works closely with clients to understand requirements, design practical solutions, and create prototypes before final production. Using modern CAD/CAM tools and precision manufacturing, we ensure every new component meets performance, strength, and quality standards.

Our flexible approach allows us to handle both small and large-scale projects, ensuring cost-effective, reliable, and timely delivery that adds real value to every customer partnership.
